“ We went along to the Cosy Club last Thursday for my husbands birthday. We arrived later than expected and the staff were so kind to still accommodate us all. Food was excellent as usual, prices are reasonable as well, atmosphere is lovely. On the bar we had the lovely Sophie, she was so friendly and chatty it was lovely, she really made our night with just how nice and genuine she was. A lovely blonde male also served our table unfortunately I didn't get his name but again he was very attentive and polite. Thank you again Sophie and team for a great night. ”

We told the gentleman who served us who apologised and dealt with it promptly. Genuine professional customer service, I was very impressed. I'm very greatful to him. Thank you!
